Making a reservation for your school to attend Shakespearience has never been easier!

First, use the seating chart and pricing table to find your desired section based on the number of students and chaperones you plan on bringing to the show.

2. RESERVE YOUR SEATS

Once you've decided on your seats, click on the button below to open a separate tab in your browser with the Shakespearience Reservation Form. Fill the form out entirely to reserve your seats and submit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

TICKETS AND SEATS

Ticket prices are based on the seating section. Front orchestra seats are $16, back orchestra and terrace seats are $13, and balcony seats are $11. We reserve the right to change your seating section if we have not received payment 30 days prior to the performance.

RESERVATIONS

Once you submit your Reservation Form, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your requested seats. Be sure to check your spam folder as these confirmation emails often end up there!

After we've received your Shakespearience Reservation Form, we will confirm that seats are available in your requested section. All requests are subject to availability so reserve early.

GROUP RATES

If you reserve more than 100 seats, you will receive $100 off your total ticket price; if you reserve more than 250 seats, you will receive $375 off your total ticket price; if you reserve more than 400 seats, you will receive $800 off your total ticket price.

DISCOUNT CODE

If you enter a valid discount code, you will receive a promotional ticket price. Please note that Group Discounts cannot be combined with Discount Codes. All applicable discounts will be reflected on your invoice.

PAYMENT

Your invoice will be emailed to you once we have confirmed that your desired seats are available.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and all payments must be received at least 30 days prior to the performance. We accept P.O.s, credit cards, debit cards, checks and PayPal. If paying by check, please make it payable to SHAKESPEARIENCE, and put your school's name in the memo. If you have indicated that you want to pay by credit card, you will receive a payable invoice email from PayPal.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You may increase the number of requested seats at any time prior to the show. Any changes to your reservation must be submitted in writing via email. There are no cancellations or refunds after DECEMBER 1ST.

ENTRANCE VOUCHER

ONE WEEK before the show (on or around January 21, 2020) you will receive an email that will include everything you need to attend the field trip including your Entrance Voucher (which is your ticket), drop-off instructions, parking instructions and a seating chart.

ARRIVAL

​Your school MUST arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to show time. If your school does not arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the performance, your seats may be moved at the discretion of the house manager and you will miss the beginning of the show.

Your school will not be admitted to the show without an Entrance Voucher. Please make sure you bring your Entrance Voucher with you when you attend the show.

BEHAVIOR

All students and chaperones are expected to practice proper theatre etiquette: no talking, no flash photography, no cell phones, no food or drink and no backpacks please. Disruptive audience members will be removed.
