Preshow Materials
Unlike other theatre field trips, Shakespearience expands far beyond the actual performance at the Alex Theatre.
In addition to the show and the study materials, our program features an online preshow video to give students a closer look at Shakespeare and his work while providing a “backstage” peek at the magic of theatre!
Approximately 50 minutes in length, the preshow seminar provides an interactive summary of the scenes featured in the actual performance.
Best of all, because the video can be shown at any time in the classroom, our online preshow seminar is the perfect solution for teachers who need more flexibility when planning out their lessons!
